Beck Archives specializes in vintage, archival, and pre-owned fashion. Because each piece is unique and has its own history, we take great care to provide detailed photographs, measurements, descriptions, and condition notes for every item.
Final Sale Policy
Our items are intended to be final sale, except where a right to cancel or return a purchase is provided by applicable Israeli law.
Please carefully review all photographs, measurements, descriptions, and condition notes before completing your purchase.
We do not accept voluntary returns or exchanges outside of any cancellation rights required by applicable law.
In particular, we do not accept returns simply because:
- The item does not fit, where accurate measurements were provided in the listing.
- You have changed your mind outside the applicable statutory cancellation period.
- You do not like the color or appearance of the item.
- The item has signs of age, wear, fading, repairs, alterations, or other characteristics that were clearly disclosed in the listing.
- You did not review the measurements, photographs, or condition description before purchasing.
Cancellation of Online Purchases
Because purchases made through our website are distance transactions, Israeli consumer-protection law may provide a statutory right to cancel a purchase.
Where a statutory cancellation right applies, Beck Archives will process the cancellation in accordance with applicable Israeli law.
For qualifying distance transactions, the cancellation period is generally 14 days from the date of the transaction or from the date the consumer receives the required transaction information, whichever is later, subject to the conditions and exceptions provided by law.
Certain eligible consumers may have an extended cancellation period under Israeli law.
How to Request a Cancellation

For online purchases, cancellation notices may also be submitted through the website where the applicable functionality is available.
When submitting a cancellation request, please include your name, order number, and the details necessary to identify the transaction.
Cancellation Fees
Where permitted by Israeli law, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or ₪100, whichever is lower, may be deducted from the refund.
No cancellation fee will be charged where the cancellation is due to a defect, a material discrepancy between the product and its description, or failure to deliver the product as agreed, where Israeli law prohibits such a fee.
Returning an Item
Where a customer exercises a statutory cancellation right and has already received the item, the customer is generally responsible for returning the item to Beck Archives.
Where the cancellation is due to a defect, a discrepancy between the item and its description, or another circumstance for which applicable law places responsibility for the return on Beck Archives, the return will be handled in accordance with the law.
Because our garments are vintage and often irreplaceable, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item.
Refunds
Where a cancellation is valid under applicable law, Beck Archives will process the refund within the timeframe required by Israeli law.
For qualifying distance transactions, the business generally must refund the consumer within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
Refunds will generally be made using the original payment method, subject to applicable law and the payment provider's procedures.
Vintage & Archival Condition
Vintage and archival garments are not new products. Natural signs of age and previous use may include:
- Fading or discoloration
- Fabric wear
- Minor marks or imperfections
- Previous repairs
- Alterations
- Aging of materials
- Changes in texture or structure
Any significant condition issues known to us will be disclosed in the individual product listing.
A condition characteristic that was clearly disclosed before purchase is not considered a defect or discrepancy merely because the customer later decides that they do not like it.
Incorrect or Misdescribed Items
We make every effort to inspect and accurately describe each item.
If you believe that an item you received has a material defect that was not disclosed, is materially different from its listing, or that you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
We will review the matter and provide a resolution in accordance with applicable law.
